We have two apartments for rent in Béziers.  Both are fully furnished.  As they say in the real estate business, location is everything.  Both our apartments are in excellent locations.  One apartment is located on the Allées Paul Riquet, the most prestigious address in all of Béziers.  The other apartment is located close to the cathedral on a very quiet street.  Both apartments are for rent by owner, i.e. by us directly.

 

Béziers is a fantastic, and affordable city to be your platform for all of western Europe.  There is a train station with connections all over Europe as well as a small airport with connections to northern Europe and Paris.  Barcelona is about a 2 hour train ride south of here.

Our one bedroom apartments are ideal for one or two people wishing to stay in the Béziers area in the South of France for a longer term.

The rental apartments are ideal if:

 

• You probably are considering purchasing a home for yourself but don't want to make any quick decisions, or
• You want to get away from a colder climate for a bit longer than just a week, or
• You are on a sabbatical and are looking for something larger than a studio apartment, centrally located, and yet quiet.
• Wish to get a 11 year head start on learning the area by talking to us, the owners
• Don't feel like renting a car during your stay in the south of France, driving a stick shift on narrow roads at high speeds - the train station and the bus station are nearby.  There also is a small airport between here and Agde.

 

1. The Treetop Apartment - For rent by owner on the Allées Paul Riquet.

 

Ideally situated on the Allées Paul Riquet and overlooking the beautiful Parc Des Poetes.  You can see the sea from the living room window (if you are tall like me at least).  The park at your doorstep is open during the day and closes at night.  It is the largest park in Béziers.  The apartment has one bedroom and sleeps two people.  This apartment has a heat pump for heating in winter and cooling in summer.  Fiber internet.
